Atindra C. Barua, Founder, President & CEO

Atindra Barua, President & CEO of TrustFort, founded the company in 2004 in order to pursue his vision of providing comprehensive technology and back office solutions to the Financial Industry. Under his leadership, TrustFort has developed into a Global company with offices in Massachusetts, USA and in Pune and Guwahati,India. Atindra has worked in the Financial space in North America , Europe and India. He holds an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Guwahati University in India and also a Master's in International Business from Boston University. Early on in his career Atindra had the opportunity to gain experience working with computer manufacturers.

Atindra has had extensive experience in the Design, Development and Implementation and delivery models for financial services out-sourcing. His technical expertise includes Portfolio Accounting, Portfolio Optimization Technologies,Performance and Risk Measurement, Regression Analysis and Research Analysis and Research, Trading Systems Design and Dynamic Hedging model Implementation. With a strong foundation in designing technology for operational efficiency in Financial Markets, Atindra is committed to providing leading-edge solutions to Broker/Dealers to achieve maximum operational efficiency and position themselves for growth. Prior to founding TrustFort, Atindra headed up Product Development for the Capital Markets group of the State Street Corporation. State Street is the world's largest Custodian, the world's largest Index Fund Manager and also ranks in the Top 5 Foreign Exchange Dealers for Institutional Asset Management.

Atindra loves being a dad and spending time with his daughter and son, he also enjoys traveling the world with his family, collecting contemporary art and pursuing his passion for golf.

Anne Steer, Chief Strategy Officer, Chairperson of the TrustFort Advisory Board

Anne is a senior executive in client management and business development with extensive expertise in developing and executing growth strategies. Currently Anne is Chief Strategy Officer and Head of the TrustFort Advisory Board. Anne was Managing Director at Dwight Asset Management with responsibility for sales, client management , marketing and products, prior to the sale of the firm in May 2012 . Before joining Dwight, Anne was the Executive Vice President, Head of Relationship Management for National Financial, a Fidelity Investments company. Anne spent 16 years at State Street Corporation in a variety of management and business development roles in capital markets, global relationship management and institutional outsourcing. After graduating from Business school, Anne worked at the Continental Group and she worked at The Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art between College and Business school .

Anne earned her B.A. from Mount Holyoke with a major in American History and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. She is on the Board of Overseers and the Charitable Foundation Board of Newton Wellesley Hospital and she is a board member of Women of Means. Anne is an avid runner, cyclist and skier and has recently participated in several marathons. Anne lives in Massachusetts with her husband and son.

Rabindra C. Barua, Managing Director of Operations

Rabindra Barua, Managing Director of TrustFort's operations in India, has had a long career in infrastructure , I T, construction and petrochemicals and brings a wealth of experience to the management team. With a deep foundation in strategic planning, he provides guidance and leadership to the operations team in India. Rabindra's knowledge of Company Law and legal structures have been invaluable to TrustFort's operations in India.

Rabindra graduated with a degree in Physics and worked for many years in Finance, Technology, Operations and Human Resources positions for major Railway and Engineering companies throughout the world. Prior to becoming the Managing Director of TrustFort in India, he was responsible for introducing and deploying the first use of computers in the Indian Railways, one of the largest employers in the world, at the time. Rabindra also oversaw taking Bageerath Engineering, an infrastructure construction company, through an IPO by restructuring their capital structure with a more efficient combination of equity and debt issues.

Rahul Darda, Vice President of Global Operations

Rahul Darda join TrustFort,Pune,India in 2007. He has over Ten years of progressive experience in Operations management, Product management for the financial services industry. Rahul’s specialties include analytics, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and design/development.

Rahul received his bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from North Maharashtra University. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, traveling, painting and playing cricket.

Mayur Choudary, General Manager, India

Mayur Choudhary joined TrustFort in 2007, and is the General Manager of India. Mayur specializes in application development and implementation, and has extensive experience in requirements analysis. He studied computer applications, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Bharkatulla University in Bhopal and and a Master's from the Indira Institute of Management in Pune, India.

When he’s not at his computer, Mayur enjoys swimming, playing soccer and watching movies.
